Refund policy

At THEWEARIT, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

1. Return Window

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Return requests submitted after the 7-day return window may not be accepted.
  • The reason provided for the return must be genuine and valid.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original and unused condition.
  • Be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Have all original tags and labels attached and intact.
  • Not show any signs of use, washing, alteration, stains, damage or other wear.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

3. Return Inspection

Once the returned product is received by THEWEARIT, our team will carefully inspect the product.

We will check whether:

  • The product has been used or worn.
  • The original tags and labels are intact.
  • The product is in its original condition.
  • The original packaging is present and in acceptable condition.
  • The reason provided for the return is genuine and valid.

A return will only be approved after the product successfully passes our inspection.

4. If the Return Is Not Approved

If the returned product does not meet our return conditions or fails our quality inspection, the return request may be rejected.

In such cases, the product will be sent back to the customer.

5. Refund or Replacement

If the return is approved after inspection, the customer will have two options:

Option 1 — Refund:
The customer can choose to receive a refund for the approved returned product.

Option 2 — Replacement:
The customer can choose a replacement for the returned product, subject to product/size availability.

6. Refund Timeline

For an approved refund, the refund will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been received by THEWEARIT and successfully approved following inspection.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's bank account/payment method may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

7. Important Note

THEWEARIT reserves the right to reject a return if the product is found to be used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, missing original tags, or not returned in its original condition and packaging.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
