Return Policy
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- We do not accept returns after remove tags and used item.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- To initiate a return, please go in my order section and click on return and refund option.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for size or color changes on eligible products, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
- We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.
